Our Policies
We require a credit card to reserve services with a total cost of over $100. In the event of cancellation on the day of the appointment, we will charge your credit card 50% of the cost of the services.All sessions must begin on time. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time for all massage and beauty services.
Refunds can not be given for services already performed. Hair services may be corrected within 2 days.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments or terminate treatment sessions for the following reasons: conditions or pathology are present for which massage or beauty service is contraindicated, poor hygiene, improper or lewd conduct, sexualizing the session, or for any other reasons that compromise the integrity and safety of the Spa.
Please treat gift certificates and "regular client appreciation cards" like cash. No refunds will be give for lost or stolen certificates/cards.
We can not give double discounts. In most cases this means that you can not apply an additional discount to Monday and Tuesday discounted hair cuts.
